What we collect

When you use our enquiry or contact form, we process the details you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number and the content of your message. We use these only to respond to your enquiry and to organise the event or booking you ask about.

Legal basis & retention

We process enquiry data on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to you, and analytics data on the basis of consent. We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to handle your request and our records, then delete it.

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability.
